1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this Anonymous Employee Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Purpose of the Platform

This Platform is provided by your employer to facilitate anonymous communication between employees and Human Resources regarding:

• Workplace issues
• Concerns
• Questions
• Suggestions

3. Eligibility

This Platform is intended for use by current employees of the company. You must have a valid company access code to submit reports. Misuse of the Platform, including sharing access codes with non-employees, is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Submit threats, harassment, or abusive content
• Submit content that violates company policies or applicable laws
• Attempt to identify other employees through submissions
• Use the Platform to harass, intimidate, or retaliate against others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or HR Dashboard
• Submit spam, automated submissions, or abuse the rate limiting system
• Share your receipt code with others if you do not want them to see your submission

5. Anonymity

While the Platform is designed to protect your anonymity, you are responsible for:

• Not including identifying information in your submissions unless necessary
• Keeping your receipt code secure and private
• Understanding that if you include identifying details, HR may be able to identify you

The company is not responsible for loss of anonymity if you voluntarily include identifying information in your submission.

6. Submission Guidelines

When submitting a report, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information to the best of your knowledge
• Use respectful and professional language
• Focus on facts and specific incidents rather than personal attacks
• Not include confidential company information that should not be shared

7. HR Response

HR personnel will review submissions and may respond at their discretion. There is no guarantee that:

• Every submission will receive a response
• Responses will be provided within a specific timeframe
• Action will be taken based on your submission

HR responses are provided in good faith and are subject to internal policies and procedures.

8. No Retaliation

The company prohibits retaliation against employees who use this Platform in good faith. However, misuse of the Platform (e.g., submitting false reports, harassment, or violating company policies) may result in disciplinary action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content submitted through the Platform becomes the property of the company for internal use. You retain no ownership rights to submissions after they are submitted.

10. Platform Availability

The company strives to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Immediate response times
• That the Platform will be available at all times

The company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform at any time with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the Platform
• Unauthorized access to submissions (except due to company negligence)
• Loss of anonymity due to user error or voluntary disclosure
• Technical failures or interruptions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

13. Modifications to Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will be resolved through the company's internal dispute resolution process or applicable legal channels.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
